Most repacks allow you to choose which DLCs or mods to install. Ensure the HD Reworked Project and 1.31/1.32 patch options are checked.

Even if installed, you must manually enable the high-quality textures in the game settings: Launch . Go to Options > Video > Graphics . Scroll down to Texture Quality .

This happens if the repack mixed mod versions. You may need to download the Script Merger on Nexus Mods to fix conflicts.
