Sims display visible physical changes based on their mood, such as teary eyes when sad, flushed cheeks when flirty or embarrassed, and red cheeks when "drunk".
You can stop NPCs (uncontrolled Sims) from using certain beauty or fashion features so they don't change their appearance unexpectedly.
The mod has undergone significant updates to maintain compatibility with the latest The Sims 4 patches (current as of early 2026).
