Open the installer and select "Vehicle install from archive". Browse to your downloaded Russian car .zip or .rar file. Follow the prompts to select which in-game car to replace.
Rename your downloaded mod files (typically .wft and .wtd ) to match the car you want to replace in-game (e.g., rename them to comet.wft and comet.wtd ).
