The story follows four friends who decide to try out a popular, highly-immersive horror attraction in Los Angeles owned by a man named Brice. However, the owner recently purchased a mysterious, ancient box from an antiquities dealer (played by Sean Young) to use as a prop in the room. Unbeknownst to everyone, the box contains a bound demonic spirit. When the game begins, the demon is unleashed and possesses the actor inside the room.
